Creating a video of the reconstructed volume

Pundit Vision provide the possibility to create a video to show the reconstructed volume slice by slice. This requires to have access to the collect_measurements module. Prior to creating a video the raw data file should have been converted using the convert from pundit csv module and the 3D volume should have been reconstructed using inter_saft module.

Open collect_measurements and load the 3D reconstructed ghk file:

Then click on to lead the image Update Files:

Once the file is imported in collect_measurements the video can be created.

Important:

It is recomended to maximise the size of the collect_measurements window as it affect the size of the video. Also it is important not to change the size of the window while the video is being generated.

After clikcing ok the video is generated and is automatically saved in your workdirectory.
