Cancellation Policy

A full refund (100% of the course fee) will be issued if the participant notifies the organizer of the cancellation at least 20 calendar days before the course start date.
A 50% refund of the course fee will be issued if the participant notifies the organizer between 10 and 19 calendar days before the course start date.
No refund will be granted for cancellations made within 9 calendar days prior to the start date of the course.
No refunds will be issued once the course has started, regardless of the reason for withdrawal or non-attendance.

The course will take place subject to a minimum number of participants being reached.

The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course due to administrative, academic, logistical, or force majeure reasons.

If the course is cancelled by the organizer, participants will be notified at least 7 calendar days in advance. Participants will be offered either:
- a full refund of the amount paid, or
- the option to transfer their registration to another available course of similar characteristics.
If the course is postponed by the organizer, participants will be notified at least 7 calendar days in advance. Participants may choose either:
- to keep their registration for the new dates, or
- to receive a full refund.
