Cancellation Policy

Participant Cancellations

  • A full refund (100% of the course fee) will be issued if the participant notifies the organizer of the cancellation at least 20 calendar days before the course start date.
  • A 50% refund of the course fee will be issued if the participant notifies the organizer between 10 and 19 calendar days before the course start date.
  • No refund will be granted for cancellations made within 9 calendar days prior to the start date of the course.
  • No refunds will be issued once the course has started, regardless of the reason for withdrawal or non-attendance.

Organizer Cancellations or Changes

The course will take place subject to a minimum number of participants being reached.

The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the course due to administrative, academic, logistical, or force majeure reasons.

  • If the course is cancelled by the organizer, participants will be notified at least 7 calendar days in advance. Participants will be offered either:
    • a full refund of the amount paid, or
    • the option to transfer their registration to another available course of similar characteristics.
  • If the course is postponed by the organizer, participants will be notified at least 7 calendar days in advance. Participants may choose either:
    • to keep their registration for the new dates, or
    • to receive a full refund.
