Spot template customization is currently only available in Inspect Web. Spot templates are fully customizable (apart from some basic fields such as Severity, Report, Status, and Assignee)

You can create new fields based on standard field options in the template. Simply click + button for different options to create a new field.

You can also modify existing fields such as Category and Component as per your inspection requirements.
