If you have photos on external devices such as a digital camera, phone, or from previous projects, there are multiple ways to use those photos in Inspect:

1. Transfer the photos from the other devices to your iPad and use them while attaching photos to a Spot by selecting photo gallery camera screen
2. Another option is to upload the photos to the References>Photos folder using Inspect-Web and then use them while creating spots
3. On iPad, while attaching a photo to a spot from references, you can choose a different location such as dropbox/google drive/OneDrive as well.
